This unique program is dealing with the overweight, from a multiple approach such as habit, eating, fitness,for this you need a minimum of one whole week  with Einat Levari, while you will enjoy the pleasure of Tuscany!
You can book the fitness week with the transportation to the airport ,or you can just check in and out at our house.
   

1 st day SATURDAY

Pick up at Rome airport at 10.30 a.m. or

14.00 Check in and welcome welcome drink with the owners and with Einat

16.30 check up of each person, with measurement of blood pressure, fat percentage.. .

17.30 walk in our beautiful  farm of San Fabiano

18.30 relax by the pool

20.30 dinner at PEO Trattoria

2 day SUNDAY

9.00 walk in the farm

10.00 breakfast

11.00 departure for sightseeing of MURLO

13.00 lunch at tipical restaurant wine degustation

16.00 rest at home at our pool

19.00 visit of  LUCIGNANO medioeval borgo and dinner at the trattoria

3.day MONDAY

8.00 walk in the farm

9.30 breakfast

10.00 departure for sightseeing of Siena

13,00 self service lunch

15.00 rest at home at our pool

17.00 horse ride in the country(or shopping)

20.00 dinner at home

4 day TUESDAY

8.00 walk in the farm
